Step 1: The Initial Consultation

When Helen and David started building their new home, they wanted a kitchen that was timeless, practical, and built to last. They popped into our showroom for a free consult with our designer to discuss their vision.

We kicked things off by listening—really listening—to what they needed. Once we understood how they wanted their space to function, we showed them through our product samples and talked them through different materials, finishes, and price points. Then we headed over to the showroom kitchen to walk through layouts, appliance integration, and storage ideas. It’s always helpful to see how cabinetry, drawers, handles and tapware work in real life.

“It was brilliant, absolutely brilliant,” Helen said. "We had an idea of what we wanted, but they helped us think about things differently. We went home with new ideas and way more clarity.”

Step 2: Bringing It to Life

Once the design ideas were locked in, our team got to work on detailed 3D renders so Helen and David could visualise their kitchen in full colour and layout. With their approval, we created pencil elevations and a full quote for the project.Then came the fun part—watching it all come to life! Once the job was close to production, we added their names to our workshop job board, and progress officially began. They even visited their new build with us to check the space in person—nothing beats seeing it all come together.
